How did you meet your husband?

Online dating

How did your partner propose to you?

It was a lovely night out, overlooking Queenstown, New Zealand. He dropped to one knee and asked me to be his wife.

What was your favourite part of your wedding day?

Hearing Bruce’s vows.

Did you have a theme or concept for your wedding day? What was your inspiration?

Casual cocktail was our theme and we were inspired by having our guests mingle as much as possible as we had guests from New Zealand and Australia there.

 

How did you find the experience of shopping for a wedding gown?

I wasn’t expecting such a variety to choose from. Besides making the final decision, it was easier than I expected as I’m not the biggest fan of clothes shopping in general.

What did you love about your wedding gown?

The tassels.

Any words of wisdom for future brides?

Be open minded when shopping for dresses and be open to suggestions. On your wedding day, take a moment with your husband alone before you go to your reception as you’ll find it’ll probably be the only time you’ll get to spend together.
